Defining a spline

Can someone tell me why this spline is not considered "defined"? So I can extrude it. The top right is the original spline the other three are mirrors.

Hi Doug,
the initial conditions of the spline are not defined and the following line is not coincident. See the screenshot.

Thank you, I did zoom in, but I guess not enough. I "thought" I had planted that start point on the intersection. I appreciate the extra set of eyes.
