sheet metal complex bends

hi guys 
I am trying to make a sheet metal model of this part so i can print it and use it as a template but am struggling with the corners as there are 2 competing radius's. does anyone know of a way to make it work

    As far i know, there is no deep-drowing feature in sheet metal. You have to model this in the conventional way (shell-feature)

    How would you manufacture something like that using standard sheet metal processes? As mentioned, the modeling process looks different for the printing or stamping processes. 
    If you need a flat pattern for it, check the app store.
