Can I change line thickness in my Sketches?

Hello
When I am editing a sketch, I am finding my Sketches are very "blocky" on my high res monitor. Is it possible to change any aspects of the style of Sketches? (e.g. line thickness the solid lines, dash-pattern/colour of the construction lines, make the dimensions a different colour).
In fact is there a way to hide dimensions while editing a Sketch? I can't find it ...
Thanks

Background
I am using a 4K screen, but the lines are incredibly fat on the screen. I mean even the construction lines are blurry and c.8 pixels wide!
Done.
