Drawing management

Hello!

I have a project (a master assy) with about 1200 differents manufactured parts. Those parts may be spread across several subfolders because some parts are reuse from other projects or they are standard part we use on all several projects. Is there a quick way to:

1. Check if all parts of my master assy have a released drawing.
2. Export all the drawings of the parts from my master assy into PDF even if the drawings are across multiple subfolder.

Thank you!

To check if all parts of your master assembly have released drawings, you can use a CAD software’s reporting or search feature to list and verify drawings. For exporting all drawings to PDF, use a batch export tool or script provided by your CAD software to process drawings across multiple subfolders. Ensure you configure the tool to include all relevant directories and file types.

Is this an AI generate answer? It seems very generic and un-helpful…

As for an actual answer, this seems like something that could be handled through the API but that would take some work and expertise to setup…
Have you looked into the "Renaissance" tools in the app store (https://forum.onshape.com/discussion/24728/renaissance-big-update-and-a-new-tool#latest)? Might be worth it if you are dealing with large data sets often…
