How can i still have access to my documents after email is removed?

I currently have two Onshape accounts. One personal and one made with a school email. I recently graduated and the school email will be removed however i still want to have access to the documents on that account. How can I do that? I tried adding my regular email to the account however it does not work since it is already used with the other account. What would be the best way to make sure i still have access to all documents after the email is removed?
