How can i sweep between two differen sized circles and make the sweep interpolate between them

Hello, I want to make an octopus hand-like shape. Then, cut it into 10 parts from the bottom up.

Easy: Use the loft tool instea d of the sweep tool, check the "Path" option, and you'll get exactly what you need. :0)
