How to constrain an extruded part to a surface of another part?

I would like the helix part to be as long as the main body one. To this, I was trying to constrain the extruded circular surface of helix to the ring surface of main body, and possibly add an offset. I did not find the constrain tools in this view
What is the correct approach for such cross-parts constraints?
