Sketch "left behind" when "transforming" moving part

I have part that has a sketch on its face that extrudes a hole and then pattern fills it. But now when i move the part , the sketch is "left behind" and extrude+pattern breaks. How to move the part so the sketch and extrude moves with it?
Maybe I'm just doing something wrong here, first day learning Onshape.

I want to move the "lid" down into place.

I went through your whole model. Pretty good for one day! A few feedback items:
The transforms are not doing anything at all. They just moved the lid up and down many times. Delete them all. All 6 of them. The Assembly Studio is where you would explore moving the lid up and down, not the Part Studio.
About half of the sketches are not fully constrained. That will come back to get you.
Your first sketch should use the origin as the center point. This will be very useful in general, as you can use the default planes to dimension to and for symmetry of features.
Happy modeling.
