    In this case, I would Extrude the spline as a solid body instead of a surface, then Boolean remove the inset cylinder. 

    If this was just a sample and you need to blend more complicated shapes that are not extrudes, you can Loft the edges of the solid body to the edge of the spline. This will require you to create some connection points within the Loft feature, probably one for each corner of the solid body.

    Extrude to surface i know how to. But i want deform all objekt. btw hole deform also.

    There are no “morph”, “stretch”, “flow”, “flex”, etc tools in Onshape. If you want that round hole to be influenced in some way by the outer surface so it’s no longer round, there’s nothing that I can think of that will do that.
