How to parametrically rotate assemblies relative to each other?

I am trying to figure out how to position/rotate 2 assemblies with pitch/yaw/roll while using parameters to set the amount of each.
For example, I am trying to:
- lock A in place so that it doesn't move
- mate the blue and red points or edges at some offset
- rotate B around the red point in X
- rotate B around the red point in Y
- rotate B around the red point in Z

I developed one solution with a Variable Studio where parameters (variables) control three offsets. One offset for each mate connector of a mate and one offset for the mate itself.
