Exclude certain configurations

Is it possible to do the above?
For eg, I want to make a series of configured stand-offs based on separate tables to generate parts for insertion into assemblies rather than making specific ones every time I create a part.
Table 1: Thread - contains a few variables such as body diameter etc
M3
M4
M5
M6
etc
Table 2: Height - contains height and thread depth variables
4mm
6mm
8mm
10mm
etc
This is generates all the parts I want, however, It also generates parts that I do not, so is there a way to suppress certain selections eg;
M6 would be unavailable until the height got to 8mm so I would want M6x4 and M6x6 excluded from the drop down list.
Aside from making a colossal table that lists all the variables for every part is this something that can be achieved?

You can't exclude combinations. The solution is to merge configurations you want possible into a single list like:
…
M5 x 4mm
M5 x 6mm
M5 x 8mm
M5 x 10mm
M6 x 8mm
M5 x 10mm
I had the same question. Short answer is no. I've made an improvement request here if you want to upvote it:
