How do I wind and solve a flat spiral spring?

Greetings!
How do I wind and solve a flat spiralspring? My goal is to simulate the potential and kinetic energy of the spring.

A sample:

It's a representative image of what I want to do:

There's no direct way to do this in Onshape. If you had the professional plan, there is simulation included, but you can only model a load to get a deflection, not the other way around.

If there are good paper calculations to do this, you could write a custom feature to model it yourself, but I suspect that's not what you're looking for.
