Hi, I'm having issues extruding something I drew in illustrator and brought in. I've been reading similar question chains about this and they've said that there can't be overlapping shapes when extruding.... but I don't have any. There is a red line around the edge of the circle implying it is being clipped over somewhere? But the shape I am attempting to extrude is entirely within the circle.... I'm confused as to how to fix this...

If you imported an image - it's just an image (pretty picture), that OnShape can't work with. You need to start a new sketch and trace over logo with OnShape tools, (lines circles, arcs). Then you can extrude or whatever
Just as a side note, what are the blue, grid looking lines?

I imported a dxf file that was created with an Illustrator eps file. (Not just a pretty picture) the blue lines are the onshape planes.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. Sorry, but I don't have any advice for you.

Did you select a face to use for the extrude are did you select the sketch from the tree to use as the extrude?
