Hey,
is it possible to split this part in two?
I would like to 3d print it in two colors. Problem is that the inner part should be black and the outer part white. My 3D printer can only print one color at time.

You can definitely split an imported mesh with the split tool - at least with simple meshes. You'll need to construct an approximation of the bottom surface or the outline of the bottom of that hole, depending on which way you want to split it. Do you want the round island to be part the second color or the first?
Need some tutorials for that kind of mesh, to select the parts.
The round part should be part of the first one, the outer stuff ^^
