I noticed an issue with an extrusion late in my project. Not sure how to correct

So I am really new to CAD programs and even newer to Onshape. I was looking for a browser alternative to my normal Maya and was suggested onshape.  Im currently only a week in and the interface has been a bit of a learning curve, but I thought I had the hang of it. Everything seemed fine until I went to go review some things and noticed there was an error with one of my parts. One of extrusions named "Base Extrusion" is giving back an error message "Missing Face". Focusing in, I noticed that the sketch layer the extrusion was based on had somehow moved a good deal to the right of its original position which is part of the big piece in the middle. I attempted to move it back to where it should be but each time I do the issue doesnt resolve and the sketch layer seems to go all over the place. It seems like it should be a simple issue to fix but my limited understanding of the program is preventing me from seeing it.  Ive included the link to this project to see if anyone can help.

I would highly recommend going through the self paced courses in the learning center, starting with the CAD Basics...

For starters you need to fully define your sketches to avoid unpredictable behavior. Second you need to break down unrelated parts into separate part studios but also leverage multi part studios correctly by re-using profiles for the parts that do share geometry and drawing them in their "proper place" rather than in random places.
