Helix End Point from Mate

Could there be an option for helix end points to be selected from mate connectors?

    Mate connectors are pretty much aligned planes, not points.

    Trimming with a mate connectors will also trim along the whole "mate" plane.

    Edit: forgot the obv "fix". Put a sketch with a point on it. But probably not what you wanted

    Well, the alignment of the mates XY plane would be used as termination, I suppose. I'm not sure how a single point (linked to a plane of a sketch it was drawn on) is any different.

    Yeah there are ways to resolve this, but the feature is looking for a point and a plane is not a point.
    There should be a easy way to select the origin of the mate connector for a proper solution imo.
