Export issues

I have a model that appears fine in Onshape. However, I can't export it and load it into Cura. Other models I've created in Onshape work fine. When exported and loaded into Cura I get the following error:
The text says ..."missing or extraneous surfaces"...
I've exported this model as .stl, .obj and .3mf formats with the same issue. Export/Import units of measurement are both mm. The Cura notice above that says "Auto scaled model to 100000% of original size" is a normal notice. I get that popup on models that print properly.
For fun I loaded the exported model into Tinkercad to try to visualize the issue(s). The model will load but it is clearly not the same as is shown in Onshape. It's close, but there are numerous additional and faulty artifacts displayed. Screenshot below:
I assume there is some error in my model but I'm unable to see it. I've searched through the help forums but I'm probably not looking for the right keywords.
My model is here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/06d9655382a9c97148159aaa/w/15a74c28c14bc2c1e22e26c8/e/23bafe0f493296b27127ca88
Any assistance is greatly appreciated. It seems that the model is 'fine' within Onshape so this request may be beyond the scope of this forum but I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction to be able to slice & print my model.
Thank you.

I would try using Boolean to combine the two parts and then export only the one part you need.
Thanks again!
