Hi, i have a 3d Printer and started modeling in Onshape and i realy like the Software, i would like to design little things like cupholder, Pen organizer or some sort of Brakets or Mounts for random items,
they would not be for sale or anything. Im unsure about if im allowed to do that with the Free plan, since the Models are Puplic , would the Company i work for be allowed to 3d Print models i made (they dont have a 3d printer yet).

I believe that's ok. You're creating a model for non-commercial reasons and making a 3D print. I've seen plenty of posts in 3D printing forums about people using Onshape as their preferred modelling tool.
