Can't move the views on drawing

Hello,

I'm curently trying to draw the parts i've designed, but when creating a new drawing with four views, I can't move the views. Also, the side box is empty (when usually my name, the scale and all appear).

I can't click on the views, can't move them. When I add a dimension, when I validate, the value disappears.

Is anyone else facing this issue ? Does someone have a solution ?

Have you tried refreshing your browser? And making sure the drawing has no pending updates?

I have found occasionally that after making changes in the model the drawing becomes flaky, but making sure the drawing is up to date and refreshing the browser window usually fixes it.

Hello !

The design is up to date as it is a new one, only one version. I've tried with Internet Explorer and Google Chrome but same issue. I started using OnShape during my internship, and if I remember well, my mentor advosed me to use OnShape on Mozilla Firefox. The fact is that I'm now using my professional laptop and can't download Firefox ...

I opened your document on a Windoz PC using Chrome and most worked OK except some of the items in the title block. You need to add properties in to the part in the part studio to autofill the title block.  Not sure why only title line 1-3 are showing. Views move around OK and dimensions are working.
