Educator subscription renewal (4 Days Left) Renewal Button Click Link Does Not Work. 08 11 24.  Having spent several hours setting up my classes for 2024-2025, the RENEWAL button link is not working.  I have logged out and logged in several times now and the renewal button link is still not working.  With school starting, I can ill afford to loose all this work!  Why is the renewal link not working?

    Hi Rod. Sorry to hear you were having issues. Our support team has been in touch and helped make sure your account is on the Educator Plan now. For future reference, you should be able to manage your subscriptions, including renewing a student plan, from "my account" in the dropdown under your name in the top right, then "subscriptions" tab on the left.
