3d cad mouse "refreshes" part only when I click or when I let go of the 3d mouse.

I'm using a 3d Connexion SpaceExplorer USB, it works smoothly in solidworks and other programs but when I use it in onshape the part doesn't move in real -time whe I move teh 3d mouse around. It instead jumps to where it woud be when I'm done moving it after I stop the moving the 3d mouse or when I click in the window of onshape. It appears to be only refreshing the position when there is and input tot he website and not in real-time as I hove the 3d mouse. Need to knwo how to fix this issue, thanks.

The window needs to have focus, but despite having my share of challenges and annoyance with 3DConnexion, I've never seen this issue.

What platform are you on (including browser) and which drivers do you have installed?

It is a pretty old model and I was told it's support is running out, so maybe you need to investigate that:

Apps each need an interface to talk to the Spacemouse. If such things happen after the app has received an update, suspicions my arise the interface had been updated to a 3DConnexion provided interface kit version that no longer fully supports the older devices ...

I'm working with an older SpaceNavigator model, too. It works flawlessly, even though it has recently been replaced by the SpaceMouse Compact and word is out the support will also end. When I still had my SpaceTraveller, and support for that one ended, it also resulted in one app after the other becoming jerky or unusable, depending on their update cycle.
