Derive Assembly Sequences from CAD for Documentation
Hi I am Max, I am an engineer who worked before in product design and manufacturing and is now developing Onshape apps. From my previous work experience, I know the pain to document Assemblies and communicate it with the shopfloor - after the completed design and after each revision.
Currently, Onshape offers visualization tools like explosion views or animations to facilitate the communication. But they have to be created and maintained manually.
That’s why we developed an app that automatically derives the assembly sequence from the CAD.
We are looking for beta testers that give us feedback on the app. Respond below to request early access.

I would be interested in checking it out.

Looks useful, and addresses a frequenly occurring task, though I cannot hear the audio that probably explains it. I'll have to create installation manuals for a little product ou ours, so I'd be interested.
