I was wondering what the differences are because I saw someone using a "Routing Curve", yet I cannot get access to it. So, I was wondering if this was because I only have a student account? Or is there another reason? And if I am missing tools because I have a student account what else am I missing.

There are differences. However Routing Curve is a free custom feature that you can add to your toolbar here:

Just make sure you are signed in then click the + custom features button at the top of the screen.

Could you explain the differences, or could you let me know where I could find the differences. Thanks!

There are no feature differences for creating parts, assemblies, or drawings. The main difference is student is for school, paid is for a professional using CAD to make a living.
There are some modules that are only in the paid, including PCB Studio, Render Studio, Simulation, and (coming soon) CAM.
Simulation is (I think) available in an Education account.
The paid enterprise for education account has all of the release management things and teams/ permissions.
So which one of those is the student plan because I do not see it listed on there.
What does CAM mean
Here are the Onshape edu plans:
-
CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) is the software / process people use for machining parts. Usually you take a 3D model from a CAD (Computer Aided Design) software and you bring it into your CAM software to prepare for production. It means that Onshape will be able to do both CAD and CAM when they release it. No need to export to another software.
