Loft Says Self Intersecting Body but I cannot Figure out Why

I am lofting a few sketches together to make a part, and it says "Self-Intersecting Body". However, when I look at the loft, I cannot figure out why. The only weird thing about this is that at one end the sketches all have a small curve to smooth out a right angle but the first time I lofted it I forgot to put the curve on one of the sketches, so it made I weird line through my loft, but the body did not self-intersect that time.

I have included the car below and the loft I am talking about is titled "Why Doesn't This Work". The curves in the loft that I have mentioned are located about 39 inches out and and they start at three inches up. Any help would be great thanks!!!

Just as general observation, I think you're putting a bit too much into each loft… the complexity is pretty extreme when you take this approach. Have a look at the curvature analysis of some of the other surfaces too, e.g. Loft 23 and Loft 24. There will be downstream issues when you try to offset, Boolean, split etc these.

Before you go too much further (and at 255 features I know you have put in a lot of work already!) you might want to consider alternative approaches for this rear section, perhaps using small patches by surface lofting or using boundary surface with fewer sections. As a well accepted rule it is better to overbuild with cleaner, simpler surfaces and trim at the end, rather than putting all the complexity in the primary surface.

Good luck though - the car looks super cool!

I found a way around the issue. However I cannot really use boundary surface or other tools like fill, because my end goal with this project and other similar ones is to make a single solid body. And when using those tools I often end up with small gaps between surfaces which mean making a solid body very hard/impossible.
