Can't Configure 'corner override' in Frames tool

Is there a way to make this configurable like there is with every other aspect of the Frames tool feature?
I have a Configuration where my Frame feature uses a Mitre when the configurationed is toggled off, and a Butt when toggled on.
I only want to use the corner override with the Butt, but can't seem to set the corner override with a Configuration?
Any input appreciated!
