Suggestion for Feature
I often need to use exsisting parts to work off of to create new parts.
And I find my documents getting very cluddered, quickly.
Could I suggest the ability to use my work flow mentioned above, but then be able to move the new part that I created to a new document. Hopefully maintaining the parts edditing capibilities.
I know how to move a tab to a new document, but would like to apply that ability to indivitual parts.
If this is something that can already be done, I would love to hear how that could happen.
Thanks for the help.

You can derive parts from one part studio into another (from the same or different documents) or you can always assemble parts from any document into another.
Derive is amazing. But be careful and well organized with how you use it. If you do to many derives of derives it will start to bog down regen times.
A good workflow would look something like this:
This could all be done in the same document but it is easier to control the versions if they are in separate documents. If your modified parts will always use the latest version and they are more of a catalog of parts rather than a job specific modification, then consider having them in the same document so you won't have to go an manually update all the derived documents.
