Contextual mate Connectors

For parts being referred to in context, i.e. the greyed out parts, it's possible to add a mate connector to them in the usual way, with the exception of not being able to add the contextual part as an owner entity which makes sense. However, it's not possible to do the same with sketches.
So, the steps are currently:
- add a mate connector in the usual way
- Create a sketch
- Use the mate as the sketch plane
All of which could be combined into one if you could use contextual entities in a sketch.
