In the assembly, it says that it failed to resolve instances. How do I fix this?

Generally it means the part doesn't exist anymore in the part studio.

There are a number of reasons this could happen, an "unexpected" one is if you changed some of the base features or a boolean causes the part to change it's "internal" ID even if you think it's the same (it doesn't rely on the name).

You should be able to use the "replace instance" option to fix it. You can also look through the history of your document to figure out when/how it broke.

In this case the parts disappeared when you added the boolean in part studio 2: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/727c001eccf8ff459f4dd6d6/v/2c18dd18df1db080b1788593/m/87dc8f4799d2c61d42496a65/e/c1b6954fbe255cdca0473259?renderMode=0&tangentEdgeStyle=1&uiState=66e0ace11fea0f72b9c1ebc7
