Is it possible to apply a Linear Pattern to a Bezier Spline?

I am trying/wanting to apply a Linear Pattern to a Bezier Spline (along with several other line and arc segments….but I'm either doing something wrong or this isn't possible yet!
I select all items I want to pattern (top Pic, right side) and when i click the Pattern Icon, the tool patterns everything except the Bezier Spline (bottom pic).
If this expected behavior or am I doing something incorrectly?

Use the pattern feature, don't pattern the sketch.
