Part is partualy missing

I mirroed the small pockets on the higer level to the other side and when I confimed the change, 1/4 of my pice disapears
When I go back into the extrusion it displays the part correctly
I went throught the list of extrusions and checked if any is for somereason set to remove that face, theres none
Section view is also not enabled
I've also looked at the document from my phone, its the same here so I dont think its a problem with my PC
