Scale part to specific size

I have a large part that I imported. I need to scale it down to 10mm x 5mm. But when I use Transform|Scale, it won't let me enter units (like mm). Is there a way to scale something using specific units as a goal? (This is a non-uniform scale if that matters).

You can use the desired size divided by the current size to get the scale.
