how do i fasten the two parts

When I try to align the hole and fasten it, the other holes become misaligned.

Hello Michale. Try changing the Planar mate to a Fasten mate. - Scotty
You may also have to "reorient the secondary axis" because of the odd number of holes in the bolt pattern (this is inside the fasten mate UI box near the bottom). Keep clicking until they align (you got a 4 in 1 chance to get this right the first time).
