Hi all,
I would like to make a nice image of an object that I have created in onshape, I want to use the image for my thesis cover. The printing company suggests a .tiff or a .eps file for the image. Do you have any suggestions what route to take to obtain the best result?
Thank you in advance.

The easiest way is using the Print function located in the menu next to the Onshape logo top left of screen. You can choose a variety of sizes (up to A0 which will give a 14030 x 9923 pixel image!) and will create a PNG file with no background (alpha transparent). This should be pretty good. Make sure you choose the desired rendering mode (shaded, edges on/off, tangent edges on/phantom/off, etc) then press Download image.
Of course if you have access to Render Studio then you could always use that… but I suspect for a thesis cover the Print option will be what you need.
