Improvements to FeatureScript - January 26, 2016

The latest set of improvements to Onshape also includes several FeatureScript improvements:
Improved documentation, including a tutorial that walks you through making a feature: https://cad.onshape.com/FsDoc/tutorials/create-a-slot-feature.html.
Go to definition: Ctrl+click (or Command-click on a Mac) on a function name to navigate to where the function is defined.
Autocompletion: as you type, available functions are suggested.
A new function evDistance for computing distances between parts, faces, points, etc.: https://cad.onshape.com/FsDoc/library.html#evDistance-Context-map
