Inconsistent Export Results for Shaded View Mode in Drawings
Hi everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with my drawings in Onshape. Despite selecting the shaded view mode for all my model views, the exported files show inconsistent results. Some views appear in black and white, while others are correctly shaded. There doesn't seem to be any pattern or reason why some views export correctly and others don't.
I've attempted to manually "reset" all the unshaded views in the document by turning shaded view on and off, but this hasn't resolved the issue when exporting. Given that the document contains around 60 pages of drawings, this process is very time-consuming. Could the large number of pages be contributing to the problem?
Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Sometimes it can be PDF viewer specific. Not all PDF viewers will render it correctly. Maybe check with adobe reader if you're not already?
I don't think it's that as it shows the same in adobe acrobat and in my browsers PDF viewer, it's also missing in the onshape drawing viewer as well.
Have just checked back in with my support ticket after the Weekend and looks like they think the shading issue is coming from having so many pages in one document. I might try splitting the document up into smaller chunks, e.g 6 drawings with 10 pages each and see if that helps as I think the quantity of drawings might be the issue.
