compound angle sheet metal

I'm trying to build some support brackets and I have a situation where I need to bend geometry around some compound angle. the mating surfaces are not perpendicular and the bracket legs are not perpindicular. Is this possible with the sheet metal tools? I haven't been able to figure it out. If not, how would you attack this to get the geometry as close as possible.

    There are a number of ways you could do this. It looks like you already have a part (or is that screengrab from somewhere else?) so you could just use the thicken or convert option to turn it into a SM or is your blue part already sheet metal but not at the right angle?

    If you shared your doc we could help you better… But here are a couple "general" ways you could this:

    You could also use "move face" with the rotate option using mate connectors to manipulate a SM part:

    Thank you both glen and eric. 3 different ways to accomplish this. Amazing. the move face method is intriguiing. Seems only valid with known angles though… I think. unless close enough is an option. Subtractive method geometry option interesting. Seems my missing info was that the sketches I had needed to touch for each of the flanges. I kept trying to join seperate pieces of sheet metal with the the tools having no luck. Thank you both. I personally like option #1 for my purpose for this project. The other options I'll keep in mind for next project. Definitely learned something.
