Thought about Onshape when I saw this

Hello everyone, haven't posted for a while! 

I don't even know how to describe this video or computer program. Its some kind of physics simulator ... but I was thinking about Onshape when I stumbled upon this vid:

Anyone know what this is?

It looks like this is MIT CSAIL's "Assist Sketch Understanding System".  Seems pretty similar to Crayon Physics or Phun / Algodoo on a smartboard.  The hand-drawn circle to functional wheel is pretty awesome but might be cheating?  Although with MIT I'd guess not cheating.

To me the video looks like its from the late 70's.
