change naming scheme of standard content

hi,
I would like to have ISO numbers + lenght and diameter of fasteners by default inside the part names. or at least description.
is it possible to change this?

Right click on the standard content part from the tree and click on properties. There you can change any of the descriptions, PN's etc. This would change one part at a time. It is company wide for the part, and will even change it on BOM tables in all the company drawings.
