opFitSpline simply not working, randomly, even with valid points

    @S1mon yeah, I tested with DrawFS and it fails if there is a loop. crazy. I added an exception and error message in my radius FS, which is getting pretty good now.

    Perhaps create the hairs, and try using the regular 3DFitSpline feature manually to see if you get better feedback?

    Some guesses would be that the resulting curve has a cusp, a loop (where it would intersect) or a couple input points which are too close together.
