Spitting a part

I am trying to split this part into four segments so i can upscale it for 3d printing. this is the maximum size i can go with my printer so i thought i could print the parts separate and the bolt them together after i have re scaled them.
Any help on how to do this would be much appreciated.

Hey Tim. Filament or resin? What's it for to get an idea of how strong it has to be. - Scotty
Something like this may work but I think it would lack any robustness. It's already a thin piece that lacks that unless used in a lightweight manor. A resin printer could provide the detail of the dovetails but I would not attempt this with a filament printer. And with a resin printer, applying resin to the joints and then recuring could be used to rejoin the 4 parts. - Scotty
Cut in four quarters where the spokes are, discard 3 of them. Create one quarter with wavy cut faces to increase glue contact surface, then print that four times, glue together. I've done that countless times, worked every time.
(Hint: Use 3D-waves to facilitate exact positioning, use a negative offset of 0,1 to 0,2mm per side, depending on printer. Print the parts with support structure and only remove the support after parts are joined and glue has cured!)
Thanks for the feed back.
I'm using filament and the model is for a base plate that will hold my camera and long lens when i am laying flat on the beach to photograph birds. i have printed it to the maximum size on my printer (Prusa) and it works OK except i think it needs to be larger for more stability in use. I hope that helps.
Have you checked the link to a copy of your document that I made changes to? A filament printer doesn't have the ability to print what I showed as a possibility. A lot of tolerances would have to be built into the model for it to fit together. Perhaps print attachable legs and modify your current model to accept them. - Scotty
Hi Scotty, yes i did and i like the idea, i think i may have to redesign it with some of your suggestions. thanks for your help.
