3 point arc not lining up geometrically
Hi all,
So I'm currently trying to build a cup holder of sorts but it needs to have a "slot" cut in to fit the thing I want to hold. I'm going to be completely honest when I say I'm not that familiar with cad but thought this would be relatively easy with a three point arc. The thing I want to store is about 2-3/4 in in diameter or just under 70mm. I've chosen to make a "circle" with a radius of 35.1 for some "wiggle room" as it needs to fit nice and cosy. despite starting the arc in the corners of the holder and drawing a line 35.1mm from the center point, my diameter is not 70.2mm like I had hoped. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks.
