You might be confused by whether you are making dimensions along a some geometry, or aligned to the coordinate system.

If your wondering why it is all blue, it's because your sketch is under-constrained and needs more dimensions or constraints so that it won't move around.

If your wondering why the construction circle is not as round as the part, this is because Onshape has automatic tessellation. So the graphics update depending on how far away you are from the part as well as what you have the tessellation settings set to in your appearance properties for that part. Sketch tessellation is automatic, I don't think there is a way to manually override it. But this mainly only affects aesthetics.

Thanks for feedback but Im wondering more about the dimensions I have set to small circle and middle of yo the edge (it's the same ) but It looks like 3 times more. There are the same circles on same sketch with the same dimentions but look way different from each other
