Onshape Outage Monday 01Feb16 Brisbane Australia

Yesterday (Monday 01Feb16) Onshape stopped working for at least 6 hours.  All other internet sites I used were fine.  Tested on 3 different computers.

Details are:

Location: Brisbane Australia

Time:  Between 2 and 3pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (GMT -10Hours)

I tried again at 9pm but still no service.

This morning (02Feb16) all is functioning normally again.

    Hi Chris. Sorry that you are seeing problems. We did not have any known issues with the service in AU on 1Feb (there are many other healthy sessions by other users). I see your last modeling session ending at 1Feb ~0500 UTC (your ~1500 AEST) and then your next one start at 1Feb ~2330 UTC (your ~0930 AEST on 2Feb).

    I don't see any errors in the logs for either of these sessions. Can you please open a support ticket and give some more details about what you were seeing and we will look into this.
