Distorted Loft

Hi,
Referencing the image below:
You can see a simple loft, all sketch regions are of the same diameter.
There is distortion along its length.
What would be the best way to overcome this? I don't have any geometry to setup guides or paths? Or do I??

Use guides and connections to eliminate the twist and distortion. One connection usually already does the job with simple geometry.
