There must be a simpl fix to this?
G'day, i'm obviously missing something in my thought process 'cos for the life of me I cannot fathom it out.
The attached is supposed to be a reducer with a flat start and flat finish each 25mm. If I use Loft all seems good until I use 'remove' then i end up with a missing section as shown.
If i do the same Loft procedure without the flat ends, it creates a perfect cone shape. It only goes wrong when i extrude both planes. Any ideas please?

Not sure exactly what you're trying to accomplish, but Shell might be what you're looking for.
