Detail look correct, but 9 features failed to regenerate

Detail drawing look correct, but 9 features failed to regenerate: 6 chamfers marked red (error), only Chamfers 1 and 5 are normal. Also, all holes marked red (error). What's wrong with this?

What were you trying to do with the failing features?

The holes are in error because the holes in the part already exist.

The chamfers are failing because 1. they're oversized and 2. you specified an angle that, I think, separately makes the chamfer oversize.

All objects (points, lines, faces, etc. etc.) get there own ID. If you delete something earlier in the feature tree and replace it instead of modifying the original feature then new IDs are applied making later changes invalid requiring a reselect of objects involved in the feature.

Also, no need to make an extruded hole before applying threads. Can be done directly with hole tool,

Glen, the grayed elements at the bottom (Extrude 2, Holes x 3, Chamfer 1-8) can be removed as redundant? I'm just confused: how to recreate the same chamfer on the other side of the part?

I see the error messages. The question is how to fix this errors. The error in holes occurred when trying to add chamfers on the other side of the part. The regular 1 mm chamfers are oversized? against what? How to fix this?

your holes features are not needed since you created them with a sketch and extrude.

To clarify: because the edges are tangent-continuous, chamfering one edge on the top and one on the bottom, with tangent propagation on, will create what looks like the right chamfer.

There are many redundant features, both for holes and chamfers. Might I recommend our learning center? https://learn.onshape.com/

BTW, if you want the same chamfer on the edges of the part, and all the holes, you can pick the face of the top and bottom of the part. Then you would get a chamfer on everything with only two clicks.
