How to change the angle of an intersection?

I am designing a cable rack for my USB cables: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/cca8593f8f0eebf79d365427/w/3c7b213d35aa920ec20af127/e/fb843cbaebfbea3c5aab45f2?renderMode=0&uiState=674cc1582d061c03822b7bd3

A first printout showed that it is good, but I would like to tilt the rack part a little bit up, so that the cables naturally slide towards the inner end of the rack (and do not slide out and fall):

This would require the 90° angle to be changed to a smaller one, is this something I can do in a straightforward way?

As a workaround, I imagine recreating the rack part on a tilted plane but would like to make sure that the angle is not modifiable in an easier way before jumping in (this will be a good exercise anyway)
