crating a match thread for an existing thread

How can I use the thread creator custom feature to crate a thread for existing thread like a bottle for example?
I have the measures. I know that the pitch is 4 mm and the maximum radius (when measuring with the threads included) is 28 mm . The minimum radius is 26mm.
If I just make a cylinder that is 28.2 (.2 for the clearance) and apply the thread creator, it wouldn't work
How should I crate the sketch for the extrusion to make it exact and fit?
Hope you understand what I mean, my English is not good
