What am I missing to fully constrain this sketch

I plan on revolving the 3 part blocks around the verticle center line of the 10" dia circle

There's a lot of blue in that sketch. Try clicking and dragging on something blue to see how you can move it around. Then constrain it so it doesn't do that anymore. Repeat until fully defined.

    Two things.

    1. This is a common issue. When you do a circular sketch pattern, the center of that pattern won't be constrained to the center of the seed instance. So, yank on your sketch until you see the center move. Then make it coincident with the origin.
    2. You need a dimension to position everything around the circle. Like the 16 degree angle I added.
