Why do I have a grey arrow, normaly it is blue and I can update the parts?
And how can I update a reference with a grey arrow?

Hi, @Sibylle_Jauch !
Inside the assembly as01, have you perhaps imported a released sub-assembly?
If this sub-assembly has a linked part that have gotten a new version then you will get this warning.
It is greyed out to avoid you replacing the released version.
